The companions from the Dead Money DLC were in my opinion, well written and felt almost like real human beings. This mod fixes this and I believe that this is more of a Lore fix than anything. So the vanilla face of the Elijah NPC does not look like the face we first saw on the screen in the Villa. This is a fun weapon mod that will forever say in my Load Order and to my knowledge it is Lore Friendly. Remember the devastating effects of The Cloud? Do you hope to use its power just like Elder Elijah? Well all you have to do is craft this potent weapon with one of the ingredients being Cloud Residue found in the Sierra Madre.
